Shipping, Packing, and Handling

We offer free shipping, packing, and handling on all domestic orders within India. The price you see on our website is the final price you pay for domestic deliveries—there are no hidden costs.

Please note: International shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are not covered by Rodak and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes between 1 to 6 business days within India, depending on your location and the local transport infrastructure. We process and hand over all paid orders to our delivery partners within 1 business day.

Please note that business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Occasionally, deliveries may experience delays due to carrier holidays or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Rodak's reasonable control. Delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination.

Transport and State Laws

Product sales on the Rodak website are subject to various state and regional laws. If specific legal restrictions prevent us from delivering a product to your location, we will, at your preference, issue a full refund or provide store credit for any amount paid in advance.

Why might Rodak be unable to deliver to my area?

While we strive to serve all customers, some remote areas lack coverage by our reliable courier partners. Additionally, certain regions or states may have legal restrictions regarding the shipment of specific products.

Does Rodak supply outside India?

For international shipments, please reach out to us via our website's contact form or email us at daniel@rodak.in. We evaluate export requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the destination, order quantity, and applicable international shipping costs (which are not covered by Rodak).

However, international buyers are always welcome to purchase Rodak products directly through our website without prior approval, provided the delivery address is within India and the credit/debit card used is accepted for payments in India.

How do I return an item?

Depending on your location and circumstances, Rodak will either arrange a pickup for the item or request that you return it via a third-party courier service. For domestic returns within India, Rodak covers the return shipping fees. (Please note that Rodak does not cover return shipping fees for international orders).
