How to Apply for a Return or Refund
Step 1: Initiate the Request
1. Sign in to your account and go to My Orders.
2. Click View next to the order you wish to return.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click Return.
Step 2: Follow the Email Instructions Shortly after, you will receive an email on your registered email ID containing a return shipping label and the following instructions:
1. Securely pack the item(s) you are returning.
2. Print your return label and attach it to the package (please cover any existing shipping labels).
3. Hand the package to the carrier identified on the label.
4. The carrier will deliver the item back to our office.
5. Track your return using the provided tracking number to ensure it reaches us safely.
Tracking & Processing You can monitor your request anytime by clicking on My Refund Requests under the Orders tab in your account. Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 48 hours (provided the return is within our 7-day policy window).
Specific Return Scenarios
Did you receive an item different from what you ordered? If we accidentally sent the wrong item, please return it to us and we will immediately dispatch the correct order. Any transport costs incurred will be refunded by RODAK. (Tip: Please double-check your cart before checking out to ensure you have selected the correct items!)
Is the ordered item non-functional? We thoroughly test all RODAK goods before packing and dispatching. However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives non-functional, simply send it back. We assure you a replacement at the earliest, and your transport costs will be refunded.
Do I need to return the free gift? Yes. If your purchase included a promotional free gift, it is considered part of the order and must be returned along with the main product to qualify for a refund.
How Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds are conditional and processed in accordance with our Terms of Use.
· Prepaid/Electronic Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original issuing bank or payment method used during the transaction (PayU, NEFT, RTGS, or any other RBI-approved electronic funds transfer system).
· Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, our team will request your bank details to credit the refund amount directly to your account.
